Dr. Maney joined the KIDS Board in 1990 and was elected Chairman in 1993. He became President in October, 1995 upon the retiring founder father of the KIDS, Mark S. Azzolina.
After receiving a BA from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Jim went on to the Medical College of Wisconsin where he earned his M.D. and interned, then did a residency in anesthesiology. He was staff anesthesiologist at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee before assuming his current position as staff anesthesiologist at St. Joseph's Hospital, Milwaukee. He is a member of Summit Anesthesiology, Ltd.
Jim is an avid golfer, plays tennis and coaches soccer. He resides in Brookfield with his wife, Ann, and two daughters Erin and Shauna who are both currently attending Miami University of Ohio.
Mr. Ziegler has been a member of the KIDS Board since 1984. He was elected Vice President of the Corporation in October 1995, and became Vice Chairman of the Board in August 1998. In 2005, he was honored as an Honorary KID.
With a degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, from UW-Milwaukee, he began his professional career as a revenue agent for the IRS. He formed his own company in 1979 and later added partners to form the present company of Ziegler, Taves and Martin. In June 1993, he purchased InPro Corporation (IPC) of Muskego, a firm that manufactures door and wall protection products.
Steve is an avid golfer and enjoys playing league baseball. Steve lives in Oconomowoc with his wife, Heather, and son, Harrison. Steve also has two grown children, Jennifer and Eric.
Barbara has held the position of Secretary of the Board since 1995. She is profiled on the Staff page.
Mr. Nolte joined the Board in 1992 and was elected SecretaryTreasurer of the organization in 1995. As an attorney, he acts as legal consultant.
After receiving a BA degree in political science and economics from Marquette University, Tom went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is currently Director of Institutional Sales at M&I Bank. Most recently he was Vice President with Wells Fargo Institutional Trust Services Funds in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Prior to that he was associated with the law firm of Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, Norris and Rieselbach, S.C.
Born in Plymouth, Wisconsin, Tom now lives in Whitefish Bay with his wife, Mary and their two sons, Michael and Kevin. He's a golfer and plays basketball.
Ms. Azzolina is the daughter of KIDS founder, Mark Azzolina and has been active with the organization since its inception in 1969. She was assistant chaperone during the early years and tour director in the eighties. She's been a board member since 1985 and continues to volunteer at auditions each year. Most recently, she cochaired the 30 and 35 year reunions.
Kathy has a Master's of Science in Education degree with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities from the University of WisconsinWhitewater. Her Bachelor's Degree is in Mental Retardation Education. Until her retirement in 2005, she had been an educator in the Kenosha Unified School District for 35 years. Most recently she was a program support teacher and learning disabilities diagnostician. She's worked with Special Olympics for 37 years as coach, chaperone, area director and tournament director. She was awarded Teacher of The Year for Wisconsin in the seventies and Volunteer of The Year in Special Olympics in the eighties.
Kathy resides in Kenosha.
Ms. Azzolina is the daughter of KIDS founder, Mark Azzolina aand was a charter member of the troupe in 1969 and 1970. Shirley went on to perform with the United Singers, a senior group of KIDS, in 1970-72.
Shirley was a Master Sergeant in the United States Army Field and Soldiers' Chorus from 19801998 During her military career she toured throughout the United States, Far East, Mexico, Germany, Belgium, France, Canada and India.
After her retirement from the Army, Shirley worked as Music Festivals Manager for the Anne Arundel County Public Schools system in Annapolis, Maryland. She was responsible for producing eighteen choral, orchestra and band events for middle and high schools.
Shirley moved back to Kenosha in 2004 and acquired a real estate license. She is a secretary and referral agent for Shorewest Realtors. She served as Chairman of the 40year reunion.
A lifelong Greenfield resident, Scott was elected to the KFW Board in December, 2011.
For the last 20 years, Scott has been the Resident Director at West Allis Central High School and has been directing the Musicals at Mukwonago High School for the past 4 years. He has designed & directed hundreds of productions for nearly all the theater companies in southeastern Wisconsin. Scott is currently the Senior Technical Rep at C&H Distributors in West Allis, WI.
Mark Juds was elected to the KIDS Board in August 2009. He was a member of the very first KIDS troupe (1969), playing trombone in the band. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UWMadison and a Master's degree from UWMilwaukee.
Mark is a principal engineer in the Innovation Center at Eaton Corporation, where he is a technology leader in the areas of Heat Transfer, Electromagnetics, Mechanical Dynamics and Electromechanical systems. He has 36 patents and one trade secret in the areas of sensors, power switching, magnetic actuators and mechanisms. He has written 24 articles including 12 papers in technical journals and the 1st chapter of a motor handbook. He has developed seminars and tutorials, and has given 23 invited presentations outside of Eaton.
Mark lives in New Berlin and stays active musically in his church choir and brass choir. He enjoys golf, fishing, swimming, water skiing and watching the Badgers and Packers.
Charles A. Krause was named to the Board in June 2010. Charlie is President and CEO of Krause Consultants LLC, a management consulting firm founded in 1979. He is a firsthand specialist in strategic and operational planning for corporations, nonprofit organizations and trade association, helping them to create their visions for the future and plans for profitable growth.
From 2002 to mid-2009, Charlie owned the Milwaukee Wave Indoor Soccer Team. In 2005 he formed the Milwaukee Wave of Kindness to bring soccer to inner city youngsters. This evolved into the Milwaukee Urban Soccer Collaborative and he is its volunteer President.
For 15 years, Charlie was President and CEO of Krause Milling Company, managing one of the world's largest dry millers of corn and other grains. He began his career with Krause Milling directing national sales, procurement, transportation and other corporate services.
Charlie is involved in numerous private and civic boards, holding office in many. He is a graduate of Yale University where he earned a BA in Economics.
Mr. Maze joined the KIDS FROM WISCONSIN troupe in the Summer of 1990. He toured with the KIDS for four seasons, two as a Student Leader. He joined the KIDS Board in the Summer of 2002.
After obtaining a BA in Organizational Communications and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, he was hired by Hewitt & Associates as a Benefits Delivery Manager. He currently is the Manager, North America Benefits Delivery with Rockwell Automation.
Tony loves to golf, play softball and football. He resides in Oak Creek with his wife Jo, daughter Keira and young son Connor who was born in early 2010.
Andrea Pelloquin was a pianist with the KIDS from 1992–1994 and joined the Board in January of 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Instrumental Music Education degree from Millikin University (Decatur, IL) and a Master of Arts in Business (Arts Administration) degree from UW-Madison. In addition to her work as a band director, Andrea has worked in several areas of the music education industry, most recently as Manager of Educational Marketing for Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. Andrea currently works as an Account Manager for Educational Music with Hal Leonard Corporation in Milwaukee and also maintains an active flute and piano studio in the area.
Bob Radke joined the Kids Board in June 2010. His advice, based on his technical expertise as a sound engineer, has been indispensible to us.
Bob received his electrical engineering degree from the Milwaukee School of Enginering. In 1977, he cofounded Dukar, Ltd., an engineering design firm specializing in radio frequency, and served as its President. He later purchased LoZ Technologies, Inc. a small manufacturing company whose main interests were in loudspeakers and wire harness production. Both companies were sold in 2006.
Bob currently owns R2Communications, LLC providing engineering services for circuit design, product analysis and safety testing. Sound and video services are available to a select group of clients. Bob also provides technical operations (sound, lights and video) for stage shows, and special events.
