    Doug is beyond grateful to be back for his third year with the KIDS! He recently finished his freshman year at Boston University, where he is studying pre-med human physiology with a music minor. Favorite credits include: UWMC Jazz Ensemble, BU Night at the Pops, and BYE BYE BIRDIE (Albert). Doug continues his passion for music with the BU Marching Percussion Ensemble, "BU On Broadway," BU Pep Band, and as Orchestra Manager for the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras. He'd like to thank the Antigo Bands directors, Colleen, and Gene for making this one happen.

    Sierra Besaw is thrilled to be taking part in Kids from Wisconsin as an alto this summer. Sierra will be a Junior at Southwest High School in Green Bay this fall. She performed multiple characters in her high school musical, Beauty and the Beast. Sierra has been involved in show choir, various accapella groups, state solo ensemble, along with getting 3rd place in Talent Jam 2016. After high school, Sierra intends to pursue music performance in New York.

    Emma, a 2017 graduate of Brookfield Central High School, is honored to spend another summer touring with the KIDS from Wisconsin. At BCHS, Emma sang in the Chamber Choir, founded and led Central Harmony (an all-female a cappella group) and had the privilege of portraying Nancy (OLIVER!), Polly (CRAZY FOR YOU), and Tiger Lily (PETER PAN). Emma has also performed in numerous community and professional productions. Roles include: Annie (ANNIE), Dorothy (THE WIZARD OF OZ), Louisa (THE SOUND OF MUSIC), and Rosie (BYE BYE BIRDIE). Emma has worked with companies including Skylight Music Theatre, First Stage Children’s Theater, and Sunset Playhouse, where she was a featured 2016-'17 Musical MainStage Rising Star. Emma plans to attend St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, studying business and theater.

    Brennon is very excited to be joining the KIDS From Wisconsin for his first summer tour. Along with the KIDS program, Brennon stays musically active through opportunities like local theatre productions and singing barbershop and a cappella music. Through music, he has been able to perform on many stages around the country including Belmont University's Black Box Theatre and Carnegie Hall. After graduating from Antigo High School, Brennon will be attending the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities next fall in pursuit of a major in Political Science. He couldn't be more thrilled to be living out his dream this summer as a KID from Wisconsin.

    Chase Bucheger is going into his senior year at Chippewa Falls Senior High Schol and he is extremely excited to be a member of the 49th year of KIDS. At CHI-HI he participates in 3 vocal ensembles: Concert Choir, Harmonics Show Choir, and a barbership quartet, as well as 2 instrumental ensembles - Philharmonic Orchestra and Wire Choir, where he plays the violin. He also loves theatre and has been in Chi-Hi's productions of "A Christmas Carol", "The Little Prince", "7 Brides for 7 Brothers" and "The Wedding Singer". He is very dedicated and truly loves what he does. He hopes that you enjoy the show and have fun!

    Bridget Bullard recently completed her freshman year at Kohler High School. At fifteen, she is the youngest member of the troupe. Bridget’s friends and family can attest to her love of musical theater as she is forever singing between classes, in the shower and on every stage she can find. This spring, on a choir trip to New York, she ran out on the empty Radio City Musical Hall stage to belt out a few notes. Her favorite performances have been as Louisa in The Sound of Music, Baby June in Gypsy and as Godmother in Cinderella. She is so grateful to KIDS for this wonderful opportunity.

    Michael Burish is thrilled to be back for his fourth and final year with the 2017 KIDS from Wisconsin. He has played lead trumpet for the KIDS for the past three summers. This fall Michael will be a sophomore at UW Stevens point. He is majoring in Jazz Studies and Music Education, studying under Brent Turney and Mathew Buchman. Michael played lead in the top Jazz Ensemble this past year and was principal trumpet in the UWSP Concert Band. Michael would like to thank his family and trumpet mentor, Jack Naus for all their love and support.

    Lexie Chiasson is thrilled to be performing with the KIDS for her 4th summer. She just completed her freshmen year at Rider University as a BFA Musical Theater major, and is looking to add a minor in Arts Administration in the fall. In high school, Lexie was an active theater member playing roles such as Sandy in Grease, Audrey in Little Shop, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie. While taking a break from performing this past year to focus on her education and training, Lexie is beyond excited to get back on stage with the KIDS. Lexie would like to thank her parents, family, the Ambro's, and Gene Power for their supportive roles in her performance journey.

    Isaac Cuellar is more than thrilled to be partaking in his third and final *sadface* year as a principle KID, still in the back left playing keyboards. He is an upcoming junior at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, studying music therapy with Dr. Michael J. Silverman and studying oboe with John Snow. Isaac is an avid barbershopper, singing tenor with the internationally acclaimed chorus The Great Northern Union; he'd love to sing a tag after the show! As a keyboardist, Isaac has played in community theatre shows around the twin cities area and has been an accompanist for the GNU on their non-barbershop repertoire. He genuinely hopes you enjoy the show!

    Alyssa Eiden hails from Amherst, WI and will be a junior this fall at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where she studies Choral and General Music Education. Alyssa has held past roles in UWSP's productions of The Magic Flute and Speed Dating Tonight as well as high school productions of Grease and Guys and Dolls. She has been performing since the age of four playing her violin and has always loved to sing. Alyssa has also been involved in various music, art, and academic clubs and athletics. This is her first summer travelling with the KIDS and she couldn't be more excited! She would like to thank her parents for always being supportive of her music dreams and helping her strive for the best.

    Max Firminhac just finished his freshman year at UW Eau Claire. He is majoring in music education-instrumental. He went to Pacelli Catholic High School in Stevens Point. He has participated in numerous honors bands, 13 musical pits, and has received several awards. Outside of music Max enjoys sports, video games, and working at Walgreens. This will be his first summer with Kids and is excited to continue a strong trombone tradition between Kids and UW Eau Claire.

    Mallory is overjoyed to be a part of the 2017 KIDS from Wisconsin. Next fall, she will be a senior at Green Bay Southwest High School. Once she graduates she looks forward to college where she hopes to double major in sign language interpreting and vocal performance. Most recently, she was seen performing the role of Madame de la Grande Bouche in Southwest’s production of Beauty and the Beast. This is her first summer as a singer/dancer and she is extremely excited to be touring with the troupe. She looks forward to making tons of memories and would like to thank all of her family and friends for always supporting her.

    Braden Gere is ecstatic to be joining the Kids From Wisconsin 2017 Troupe! Braden is going to be a senior at Westosha Central High School in Salem. It is his first year in Kids from Wisconsin and is the male swing. Most recently, Braden played Finch in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He enjoys singing, dancing, acting, and playing piano in jazz band! He is very excited to be traveling with such a talented group this summer.

    Matthew is a graduate from Memorial high school in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In fall he will attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts to study music performance and sound engineering. Mathew has participated in many ensembles from invitational choirs to state honors choirs. He has received perfect scores at state solo multiple times. Matthew was a dance captain with his high school show choir. Through show choir competitions he received "outstanding performer" awards and a "best male solo" award. This is Matthew’s second year with KIDS.

Kevin is honored to be part of such an amazing organization and grateful for the never-ending support from his family and friends.

    Jan Eric Hora just completed his sophomore year at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He is currently studying business, music, and German. He went to Cedarburg High school where he excelled in athletics and music. Being a part of honor bands and studying with teachers at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, helped him find the value and enjoyment in making music every day. This is his second and final year as a trumpeter with this incredible group. Along with many former UWEC students guided by Mr. Robert Baca, he is thrilled to have this opportunity to be a part of the KIDS organization.

He has been involved in school and community theatre for four years, and has been dancing for twelve at Toe To Toe Ballet School. He has decided to go into musical theatre in college, and is looking at schools including University of Michigan Ann Arbor and Roosevelt University in Chicago.

    Emily Jones just completed her senior year at Shawano Community High School. During her four years at Shawano High Emily was active in the music program, participating in both the wind ensemble and competing throughout the Midwest with the award-winning jazz ensemble. She also had the opportunity to play trombone in the pit orchestra for the school's production of "The Wizard of Oz", "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" and most recently, "Mary Poppins". This fall she will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for a degree in Instrumental Music Education and Jazz Studies. This is Emily's first summer in KIDS and she is excited to see where this adventure will lead her.

    Joe Kelly is very excited and grateful to be joining the 2017 KIDS from Wisconsin for another season! This upcoming fall, Joe will be transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as a BFA Acting major. He was most recently seen performing in a production of Animal Farm as Benjamin, and in Public Enemy as Dr. Thomas Stockmann. His performance in Public Enemy earned him his second Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship nomination. Being his second summer with KIDS, he is excited to be doing what he loves: performing and creating new experiences and memories with the KIDS family.

    Kennedy Konsitzke is delighted to be joining the Kids from Wisconsin 2017 Troupe! This fall, she will be attending Viterbo University pursuing a BM in Vocal Performance, a BA in Theatre Performance and a minor in dance. Kennedy graduated from Tomah High School where she was very involved in choir, show choir and musicals. She was most recently seen in Tomah High School's performance of Little Shop of Horrors, playing a Doo-Wop girl. Kennedy has studied ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop at Marilyn School of Dance for 15 years. This is Kennedy's second summer with Kids, but her first summer touring. She is thrilled to be part of such a magnificent group.

    Julia Lewandowski just completed her freshman year at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is majoring in Journalism, Advertising, and Media studies, but has also seized the various opportunities to play music. She has played saxophone in the University and Symphonic bands, as well as Curt Hanrahan's jazz combo. A graduate of Greendale High School, she enjoyed performing at solo/ensemble in spring and in the 12-time state champion marching band in fall. She also played in the jazz ensemble, and enjoyed playing in pit orchestras as well. As a first time member of the troupe, she is excited to spend summer 2017 traveling around the state and playing music!

    Noah Liermann is thrilled to be joining the 2017 KIDS from Wisconsin as a bass singer. He is a 2016 graduate of Kiel High School, and this coming fall he will be a sophomore at Silver Lake College, where he is studying Choral, General, and Instrumental Music Education. Noah has participated in many music events in both high school and college, including NATS, State Solo and Ensemble, and both Honors Band and Choir. This is Noah's first year with KIDS, and he is very excited to be included in this wonderful experience.

    Kai Linsenmeyer is finishing up his senior year at Monona Grove High School. Recently, he played drum set for Monona Grove's production of Les Miserables and performed in the show choir band throughout the winter. In addition, he performed with the UW Madison Honors Jazz Band under the direction of Johannes Wallmann. Next year, Kai will be attending UW-Madison to major in Jazz Studies and Biomedical Engineering. This is Kai's first summer with the Kids from Wisconsin and he's looking forward to a great experience!

Holly has appeared as many characters in her school's musicals, performs in various choirs and accapella groups, and is a singer/dancer in the Mayville Cardinal Singers. After high school, she plans on pursuing psychology/social working and a BFA degree in theater and vocal performance.

    Andryi Nahirniak elated to be take part in the 2017 KIDS from Wisconsin as a Tenor singer. He is a 2017 graduate of Monona Grove High School. The fall he will be a Freshman at UW-Stevens Point, where he will be Majoring in Musical Theater. Andryi has participated in many music events throughout high school including Musical Theatre, Show Choir, Accapella Choir, State Solo and ensemble and Honors Choir. This is Andryi's first year with KIDS, and he is very excited to be part of such a wonderful and talented group of people.

    Nick will be a Junior at the University of Wisconsin – Madison this Fall where he studies Economics with Mathematical Emphasis. Aside from his studies, he is a Trustee for the only Musical Theatre student organization on campus, InterMission Theatre, and a member/choreographer for UW Madison's premiere tap group, The MadTappers. He recently was a member of Greek life's biggest philanthropic event on campus, Humorology, in which casts originate mini-musical comedies to raise money for a charity (their team raised $31,000 for The Rainbow Project). He studies voice with Katie Anderson, a MFA Voice student at UW Madison, and is thrilled to be a principle singer/dancer for his third year and the Marketing and Theatre Administration Intern for the KIDS this summer!

    Dawson Redenius is thrilled to have the tremendous opportunity of spending a 2nd summer with the KIDS from Wisconsin as Principal Trumpet. Dawson is currently completing his senior year at the Fort Atkinson High School. He will be attending the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire this fall for Music Education. In school, Dawson plays for the Wind Ensemble, Jazz I, Jazz II, Jazz Symposium, Show Choir Combo, and Pit Orchestra. Dawson also leads the "As of Now" Jazz combo and plays with the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Youth Jazz Ensemble, UWM Youth Jazz Combo, and The Madison College Jazz Ensemble. This summer, Dawson hopes to excel to a higher level of musicianship and cultivate a strong bond with his fellow troupe members.

    Hope just completed her senior year at Germantown high school and is ecstatic about returning to Kids for a third summer with the troupe! Hope enjoys performing in musicals, plays, and singing with her church worship team. Some of Hope's favorite performances include TXT U L8R, playing the roles of Phebe and Cordelia at the Shakespeare Utah Festival, and Winifred in Once Upon a Mattress. Along with singing, Hope loves to dance. This is includes performing with the Milwaukee Ballet School and the Nancy Dianne Studio of Dance. She is also a part of Young Company, an actor training program at First Stage Theater Academy in Milwaukee. Hope is so thankful to be able to spend another season doing what she loves most with some of her favorite people and directors!

    Emelia Roberts, a junior at New London High School, is delighted to spend her summer with KIDS from Wisconsin. Her high school activities and clubs include show choir, musicals, plays, solo and ensemble festivals, Forensics, and tennis. Most recently, Emelia starred in Shrek the Musical as Fiona. Upon graduation, Emelia plans to pursue an occupation in the dental field. She is excited for this opportunity to share the stage with other kids that enjoy performing and love music as much as she does.

    Annemarie Ryan is very excited to be a member of the Kids From Wisconsin troupe for her second season. She has just completed her junior year of high school at St. Joseph Catholic Academy and has been playing piano for 13 years. She has been awarded many achievements in her piano career including high honors four years in a row from the Royal Conservatory Music Development Program and has just completed training for Level 9 in the 10-level program. She has also been awarded the highest mark of 1 four consecutive years at state solo-ensemble. Annemarie is an active member in her school's music program, leading choir and playing several instruments in band. She would like to thank her current piano teacher, Mrs. Flora Lim and her family for their constant support in her passion for music.

    Ben Schulz is thrilled to be joining the 2017 KIDS from Wisconsin. This fall, Ben will be a Senior at Germantown High School. Ben is no stranger to the stage, after performing with Falls Patio Players, First Stage, and the Milwaukee Rep in various roles. Most recently, Ben was seen performing in his high school production of The Music Man, as the character Marcellus. Ben is an accomplished oboe player, color guard member, and partakes in Key Club, National Honor Society, and Accompany of Kids Song and Dance Troupe. This is his first season with the KIDS and is overjoyed to be apart of this amazing experience.

    Yer Thao is thrilled to be a principal singer/dancer with the Kids from Wisconsin. From 2012-2016, she was a member of the Danny Gokey founded non-profit Sophia's Heart Foundation. She just completed her junior year at Milwaukee High School of the Arts and is an active member of the school's award-winning Vocal Jazz Ensemble, Concert Choral, and Opera Workshop. She currently holds silver medals in the International Act-So competition for both Classical and Contemporary Voice in Waukesha County. She has participated in several Solo & Ensemble and State Solo & Ensemble competitions. She's also participated in operas and theatrical performances, most notably: Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. She can't wait to Head Out on the Highway this summer!

    Alex is thrilled to be joining KIDS for his second season as the guitarist. He will be a junior at Plymouth High School in the fall where he performs with groups such as Jazz I and Momentum Show Choir. Alex also performs with the UW-Sheboygan Jazz Band, Generations Big Band, the Sheboygan Theater Company pit band, and with his father in their group, The FlamingOs, on guitar and trombone. Alex thanks his musical mentors Paul Sucherman, Jason Sebranek, and Mike Slupski for sharing their wisdom as he prepares for another summer on the road!

    As principal bassist, Jack is returning to Kids From Wisconsin for a second year, and is a Bachelor of Music - Bass Performance student at McNally Smith College of Music, St. Paul. Having achieved President's List status, fall 2016, he's been part of large and small college ensembles alike, as well as gaining experience in composing original music and professional studio recordings. During the upcoming 2017/18 school year, he's been invited to join and tour with McNally Smith College of Music's Contemporary Vocal Ensemble (CVE) as bass guitarist. This ensemble is a premier touring group featuring 6 – 12 vocalists and a rhythm section. He's also studied at Berklee College of Music, Boston, summer 2015.

    Jack is a 2016 graduate of DC Everest Senior High School, and actively participated in jazz, concert, and pep bands from 6th grade through his senior year. He's been named a Louis Armstrong Jazz Award recipient, and has participated as an orchestra pit member for several high school and community theater productions throughout the years.
