The Friends of the KIDS is a support organization for KIDS from Wisconsin. Over the years the Friends of the Kids have helped the organization continue its mission of training and showcasing the gifted young musicians of Wisconsin. Donations to the Friends have helped:
• 800 young artists participate in KIDS
• KIDS perform nearly 3,000 shows, including two daily at the Wisconsin State Fair for the past 43 years
• KIDS entertain over 4 million people
• KIDS raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for charitable organizations, service clubs and school music groups who host shows in their communities
• Friends of the KIDS receive our newsletter, The Troubadour, which contains updates on current KIDS activities, alumni features, and much more! Troubadour archive issues. All Friends are also listed in the summer program and on the KIDS website.
Becoming a member of the Friends of the Kids is easy.
